Signature Closing Services Closing Costs

We are THE ONE AND ONLY UNDERWRITER APPROVED "Settlement Agency called Signature Closing Services (SCS)

"Northern New Jersey's Premier Settlement Company servicing all of New Jersey"

Once title is faxed or received by SCS, we will order payoffs, comply with Lender Closing Instructions, prepare final HUD-1 Settlement Statements, Close Disburse through SCS trust account, mark up title and record all documents.

Signature Closing Services fees are regulated because WE ARE licensed with the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. We are already approved to close through many major title insurance companies such as Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance, New Jersey Title Insurance, Old Republic National Title Insurance, Ticor Title Insurance, Transnation Insurance, as well as their parent companies.

$300 - $375 for Refinance or Purchase

We also perform witness only settlements.
Our licensed closer will attend a closing on the title company's behalf.
$150* between 9am and 5pm in our Morris Plains office

* Additional fees if applicable:
$25.00 for travel: anywhere in the state of New Jersey
$50 before or after hours
$25.00 download
$25.00 photocopy

Refinance: $300.00 - $375.00
Purchase: $300.00 & Up

Fees associated with closing:

Notary Fee: $20.00 for Refinance - $40.00 for Purchase
Overnight Courier Fee: $20.00 per package
Wire Fee: $30.00 each, if applicable
Download/Photocopy Fees: $50.00

Average Recording Fees to County Clerk:

Mortgage: $30.00 first page and $10.00 each additional page
Discharge/Cancel: $75.00 each mortgage

We have no phone, fax or consultation fees.
We have no cancellation fees.
